The purpose of this directive is to regulate the objectives, scope, implementation principles, legal framework, ethical rules, personal data processing procedures, dispute-resolution mechanisms, and the respective obligations and responsibilities of the parties within the Early-Career Mentorship Program of the Turkish Academy of Management (TAOM).
